Construction Loan Monitoring Services

Our suite of Construction Loan Monitoring Services encompasses a comprehensive range of offerings.

Includes construction plan and cost reviews, ongoing construction monitoring, detailed funding disbursement reports, and development draw audits. We conduct monthly observations for each project, ensuring a consistent oversight process.

Furthermore, our audit reports focus on the development draw as a whole, taking into account various aspects. We meticulously account for soft costs included in the draw, closely monitor contingency balances, and identify any discrepancies between the development request and the supporting documentation provided.

Our monthly reports to clients are highly informative. An analysis of the project budget, comparison of the work in place to budget line items, and photographs of the progress are provided in a monthly report to our clients. This allows our clients to stay well-informed about their project's financial and construction status.

Seigga will help Owners define and manage the“Big Three”: Budget, Scope and Schedule. Acting as an extension of the Owner’s staff during a capital project, Seigga provides oversight to ensure that the vision and plan is flawlessly implemented.

By helping to guide decision making during the design phase, Seigga ensures that the project will run much smoother, be less costly and more efficient.

Planning

Seigga offers strategically-focused, operations-based planning services. Extensive knowledge of facility operations gives our team a unique advantage and allows us to provide strategic guidance and expertise that are unmatched in the industry. Helping the team develop and manage proforma budgets we hold throughout the course of a project.

Seigga is well-versed in working on entitlement issues (Planning and Zoning, Army Corp of Engineers, Specialty Use Permits, etc.) making sure the project goes as smoothly as possible.

Construction

Decisions made during the planning and design phases are critical to any capital project and must be managed throughout the project timeline. With Seigga managing the longest and most crucial phase of the project, Owners are able to confidently maintain a focus on their core business.
